June was filled with nature education programs in the form of guidewalks and seminar.

The first guidewalk was with SMK Bandar Puchong with 41 students ranging from 13-14 year old. On the 14th of June, we had students from Sunway Student Volunteers which helped us to clear out the shade house area.

On the 15th, we had a full day filled with talks about the karst limestones. This seminar was made in collaboration with Sunda Shelves and held in Rimba's auditorium. The first talk was by Zarris Kem where he dived into the rare species encountered and recent scientific discoveries, underlining the urgent need for conserving the fragile ecosystems of caves. Next was a talk by Dr. Ros Fatihah Muhammad where she shared her findings from a preliminary study on the morphology of the Baling karst and discuss its potential for sustainable geotourism and current conservation efforts.

The next speaker was Rafidah Abdul Rahman from FRIM in which she highlighted new findings and the lesser-known limestone flora from Peninsular Malaysia and why there is an urgent need to protect limestone flora, particularly species that are facing extinction. The last speaker was Dr Saw Chaw Yeh where she delved into the cultural, historical, and scientific significance of rock art, and humanity's timeless connection to limestone landscapes.
