Exhibition hall

Our exhibition hall is split into two. The permanent exhibition showcases Malaysia’s timber collections (have you compared a merbau to a ketapang?), dipterocarps, insects, wildlife trafficking and more and our rotating exhibits currently showcases sculptures and writings of Huda N. Al-Asedi and Nazreen Abraham Stein. These artists were commissioned to celebrate Rimba Ilmu’s 50th anniversary in August 2024. Please contact us if you are interested in exhibiting your work here.
